Sunday Feb 5th 2005. A clear day welcomed members of the four DRG teams to RAF Chivenor for helicopter training. After a briefing video on helicopted safety and a promotional video on the RAF, team members and trainees were formally briefed on helicopter operations. This was followed by a flight around the North Devon coast line and a number of winching exercises. Many thanks to Alec Collier for organising this excellent event and the flight crew at RAF Chivenor. This was definitely a brilliant experience for all.
