Following on from the Great West Run at Exeter we were promptly asked to provide some marshalling expertise for the Torbay Half Marathon. The day was warm and like the Exeter course, the Torbay Half Marathon involves a two lap course between Torquay Pavillion and Paignton Green. It was great to see the number of entries in fancy dress which certainly puts the fun element into the race! Although not marshalling the complete course and only covering the Preston section we managed to perform our duties flawlessly with no traffic upetting any runners.
